Amendment One (1) to the Bylaws of
Twin Rivers Cyclists

At the annual February general membership meeting of 2004, the board of directors proposes to the membership that Article 9.3 as listed below be deleted and superceded with Amendment One (1) as listed below:

Article 9.3
The initial Board of Directors as named in the Articles of Incorporation shall serve until the first annual meeting of this corporation. At the first annual meeting, the voting members shall elect three (3) members of the Board of directors for a term of two (2) years and six (6) members of the Board of Directors for a term of one (1) year. At the second annual meeting, and at all subsequent annual meetings, the voting members shall elect six (6) members of the Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years and three (3) members of the Board of Directors for a term of one (1) year. A director may succeed himself or herself as many times as he or she is elected to the Board of Directors.

Amendment One (1)
Each member of the Board of Directors shall serve a term of two (2) years. Five members of the board of directors are elected in even years and four (4) members elected in odd years. A director may succeed himself or herself as many times as he or she is elected to the Board of Directors.
